Finding the fruit, picking the fruit, cutting up fruit, stirring the pot, tweaking the recipes, filling jars, labelling and of course chatting to people at the Market Stalls is almost a full-time endeavour and passion for Wendy. At this time of year Wendy takes some time-out to investigate new fruit sources, catch up with other makers and explore new flavour trends.
